By downloading or using Invoice Maker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for lawful use by freelancers, contractors, and small business owners to create and manage invoices and estimates. You agree not to use the App to create fraudulent or misleading documents or in any way that violates applicable law.
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features. All billing is handled through your Apple ID via the App Store.
Invoices, estimates, client information, and business details you create in the App are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. You are responsible for your own backups. Deleting the App removes locally stored data.
The App and its original content are owned by the developer. You retain ownership of the documents and content you create using the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding a claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
